Phase I Learning Center Building

There is an urgent need to expand our current education space to alleviate the overcrowding caused by the popularity of our classes and workshops.

We now have the opportunity to build a New Education Building without displacing our current educational programming.
Donations > $5000 qualify for naming opportunities.
Placing the New Arts Education Building on our two southern-most lots creates a more central and more accessible location on Market St. for Phase II, the New Performance Hall.

The New Arts Education Building will be a 10,000 square foot, 2-story building at a cost of $250 per square foot.

Coming Soon:

Phase II: Build a new state-of-the art 10,950 square foot Performance Hall, centrally
located on Market Street, including an outdoor stage.
Phase III: Renovate the current Arts Center Building at 200 Market Street, expanding the Art Gallery and Gift Shop, adding on-site administrative offices, upgrading the kitchen, bathrooms, and adding much-needed storage.
