Embrace the Spirit of Creativity
Winnsboro Center for the Arts (WCA) is a multidisciplinary arts center located on the Bowery in the heart of the Cultural District of Winnsboro, Texas. We host a variety of activities including concerts and theater on The Bowery Stage, a series of rotating art exhibits in our Gallery, festivals outside on the Bowery and a growing arts education program in our new Creative Learning Center! There you will find classes and workshops for all ages in ceramics, visual arts and music.

Who We Are
Winnsboro Center for the Arts is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization located in Winnsboro, Texas. As a multidisciplinary arts center, it serves communities throughout Northeast Texas. It is governed by a board of directors and has four paid staff members. Its many volunteers facilitate the day-to-day operation of the center. We work closely with the city and associated organizations to promote Winnsboro as a desirable destination for residents and visitors alike.

To engage people in the arts through educational programming, cultural experiences and entertainment.
Our Vision
To integrate the arts into community life. We believe that participating in the arts promotes creativity, entrepreneurship, and spiritual well-being which are essential for community and economic vitality. Our long-term goal is to insure a stable infrastructure and financial security for the organization.
