Sweetheart Yoga Workshop

This February, Dani invites you to get connected with your spouse, partner, friend, or family member with a yoga practice that is made for two! We will learn to lean on our partners for support as we earn trust, bring in good communication, patience, and teamwork. This special Sweetheart Practice will bring intimacy and open your heart as we play, live, laugh, and let go.
We will close with a 30-minute Sweetheart Yoga Nidra. What is Yoga Nidra? It is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” One 30-minute session is the equivalent of 2-3 hours of restful sleep. Dani has an artistic flair for writing and her soothing voice will guide you in this effortless sensory sweetheart meditation. The brain benefits are off the charts with this simple practice including lowered stress, improved memory, prevention of cognitive decline and enhanced focused attention. We will calm the mind and open your heart.
