Winnsboro Center for the Arts is proud to present a Student Art Competition Exhibit! Come appreciate this diverse collection featuring the works of aspiring young artists from around East Texas!
Although safety precautions prevent our hosting a traditional reception for this exhibit, we will have a socially-distanced reception for this exhibit on February 21st.
