Memory Maintenance Workshop with Dani Blanton

Dani is a Memory Maintenance Certified Yoga Instructor who will be taking you through a gentle yoga sequence that will challenge your brain as well as other techniques for brain power enhancement. We will start the class with a 12-minute Kirtan Kriya and close with a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Both of these simple exercises are for “any body” no matter your experience in yoga or physical exercise.
