Tuesdays, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. September 5 through October 17th. No class on October 10th. A 6 week, fun, and not too serious, high relief portrait class will be offered by Linda Sciongay beginning in May. Students will learn anatomy of the face and what makes us all the same but different. Each student should have sculpting tools, offered for sale at the arts center, and bring a clear frontal and profile view of the face they wish to sculpt. 25lbs of clay and a bisque fireing are included. Once the pieces are dried and fired, a SEPARATE patina workshop will be held for those who wish to finish their masterpiece without glaze, or they can glaze and refire on their own. $375
