Cold Shoulder Yoga Workshop

Join Dani with a Shoulder Mobility Yoga Workshop to warm up those Cold Shoulders as we create pathways for healing. During the first hour Dani will focus on yoga techniques to help increase mobility, range of motion and heat while stretching and creating space in the shoulder area as well as the wrist, arms and neck. We will use a strap to really get in there and you will leave with many exercises you can take home with you in your daily life.
During the final half hour Dani will lead you through a relaxing Yoga Nidra practice.
What is Yoga Nidra? It is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” One 30-minute session is the equivalent of 2-3 hours of restful sleep. This simple practice lowers stress, improves memory, prevents cognitive decline, and enhances focus and attention!
