Artwork Specifications
Photography dimensions are limited to no larger than 18×24.

Important Dates
October 20: Opening date for submissions
November 14: Entry Deadline
November 18: Artist Notification (please check your spam folder before calling us to check for status.)
November 28: 10:00 – 2:00. Delivery of accepted work to WCA at 200 Market St. Winnsboro, Texas
December 3: Show opens
December 8: Artist reception
February 4: Last full day of the exhibition
February 7: 9:00 – 12:00. Artwork pick-up (items not picked up within 2 weeks will become the property of WCA)

Artist Agreement
Upon acceptance, download the Artist Display Consignment Agreement and the Check List . This paperwork must be completed and attached to the artwork upon delivery to WCA.

- I declare that my artwork is original work and was not copied from other artists’ work and that no other hands were involved in the production. The entry is the entrant’s own creation and idea.
- My artwork was created in 2022 or 2023.
- If accepted, each art entry will be framed, or the sides of the canvas neatly finished. Each entry will be wired and ready to hang upon delivery.
- If accepted, I will deliver the art to WCA at 200 Market St. Winnsboro, Texas between the hours of 10 am – 2 pm, January 22nd.
- I will respond to email notifications.
- I give permission for WCA to use and/or share images of my artwork for promotional material.
